Are you looking for a way to move forward after experiencing abuse? Many people are told to just "forgive and forget," but that can be incredibly difficult - and sometimes impossible. This episode is for you if you struggle to find forgiveness and healing.
"Am I going to let the absue define me or am I going to be better than what was imposed upon me? So I made a choice to be better, but in order for me to be better, I have to release it."- John Goff
